Aventis Solutions is igniting the AI revolution: Now, we’re looking for 3x AI Software Engineers for a growing innovation-focused software engineering group tasked with developing autonomous agents and AI-native workflows that plug directly into cloud infrastructure. You’ll work across AWS and GCP environments, using modern orchestration frameworks, LLM APIs and serverless data pipelines to design the next generation of applied AI tools.
Key Details:
- Salary Bracket: $130,000 to $190,000 base plus bonus and equity
- Location: Can be remote-based with core offices in Dallas, Texas and New York City
- Team Expansion: 3x roles open across mid-level, senior and lead/principal
- Career Outlook: Grow into Principal and/or Staff Engineer, AI Architect or technical lead roles as the team scales. Technical managerial positions will open up too
What You’ll Work On:
- Build AI-native Python applications that integrate with large language models, vector databases and external APIs
- Engineer autonomous, multi-step agentic workflows using serverless infrastructure on AWS and GCP
- Design scalable and resilient AI services that communicate across APIs, data sources and cloud-native tools
- Work closely with platform engineers, product leads and AI researchers to bring ideas from concept to deployment
Core Tech Stack:
- Programming: Python (such as FastAPI, LangChain, async IO), JavaScript: React, Next, Node, TypeScript or Go experience is a plus
- Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (Lambda, S3, ECS, DynamoDB), GCP (Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Vertex AI)
- Model Providers: OpenAI (GPT-4), Anthropic (Claude), Mistral, Cohere, Google Gemini
- Vector Stores: Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Redis
- Agent Frameworks: LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangChain
- Integrations & APIs: Plugin interfaces, RESTful microservices, streaming data ingestion pipelines
- Orchestration & DevOps: Terraform, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes (EKS/GKE), Airflow
