About the Role
Workerbee has customers seeking experienced Prompt Engineers to design, optimize, and evaluate prompt architectures that enhance reasoning, accuracy, and contextual performance across multi-agent AI systems.
What You Will Do
- Develop and refine prompt templates and response chains for specific enterprise use cases.
- Test and measure performance across LLM frameworks.
- Collaborate with researchers and data engineers to operationalize models.
- Maintain version control and documentation for prompt libraries.
What You Will Bring
- Three to five years of applied AI, NLP, or machine learning experience.
- Understanding of LLM orchestration, retrieval augmentation, and prompt evaluation.
- Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
