Founding AI Engineer

We’re a fast-scaling AI agents company, backed by $30M+ Series A funding and led by repeat founders with multiple successful exits. We’re building intelligent agent systems powered by LLMs to transform how businesses scale and operate.
As our Founding AI Engineer, you’ll work directly with the founders to architect, build, and scale core AI products from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join at the earliest stage and help define both the technical foundation and culture of the company.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and implement AI agent systems leveraging LLMs and modern AI frameworks
- Build scalable infrastructure and production-grade ML pipelines in Python
- Collaborate closely with the founders on product direction and technical decisions
- Contribute to the company’s growth story as a core member of the founding team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience with LLMs, applied AI, and building production systems
- Deep Python expertise; comfort with fast prototyping and scaling systems
- Entrepreneurial mindset; ideally an ex-founder or early engineer at a high-growth startup
- Excitement to work in-person in San Francisco with a highly ambitious, proven team
