We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Prompt Engineering Intern to play a crucial role in the development and refinement of autonomous computer and browser agents. This position involves training AI agents through various methods, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to perform diverse real-world tasks. The ideal candidate has strong intrinsic motivation to improve the abilities of AI, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to work collaboratively and grow in a fast-paced team.
Responsibility
- Identify, define, and implement training task curricula and test benchmarks.
- Evaluate agent performance, identify improvement areas, and discover general solutions to improve agent performance.
- Provide clear, precise, and generalizable feedback for agent training.
- Collaborate with engineers and researchers to enhance training techniques and strategies.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information clearly and precisely.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly to use complex and unfamiliar software.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- 1+ years of experience in programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Successful experiences working independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or instructional design.
- Previous work experience in a professional domain outside of software development.
- Understanding of the latest advancements in AI agents, through reading blog posts and research papers.
