What You’ll Do
- Build the MVP from scratch: architect the backend, orchestrate multi-step LLM agents, and deploy fast.
- Own the infra: from pipelines and task queues to retrieval systems and vector stores.
- Ship real product: not research, not slideware—your code will power production tools for elite finance users.
- Work closely with non-technical founders who bring strong customer networks and a clear product vision.
What We’re Looking For
- Backend fluency in Python or TypeScript
- Experience shipping LLM-based products or AI agents (LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.)
- Infra builder mindset—comfortable with Playwright, Microsoft Graph API, cloud automation, etc.
- Experience integrating retrieval-augmented generation pipelines and embedding-based search
- Startup DNA: you’ve done 0→1 or worked in small, high-ownership environments
Tech Stack & Environment
- Agent orchestration with LangChain/LangGraph
- Retrieval using Pinecone, FAISS, or Weaviate
- Browser automation and email integration with Playwright and APIs
- Task queues, pipelines, and production deployment infrastructure
