AI Agent Product Manager / Engineer

We’re seeking a hands-on AI Agent Designer with deep practical experience in n8n automation, prompt engineering, and multi-modal orchestration. You’ll be shaping the future of vertical AI solutions—where software agents meet hardware interfaces like smart microphones, and workflows speak the language of business outcomes.

🔧 Key Responsibilities1. AI Agent Design & Orchestration

• Architect and implement intelligent workflows using n8n, seamlessly integrating OpenAI APIs, internal tools, and 3rd-party services (e.g., Notion, Slack, GDrive, Webhooks, CRM);
• Build modular Agents for multi-step reasoning, memory, context recall, and user-specific logic;
• Iterate on MCP (Multi-Component Prompting) strategies and toolform chaining for resilient outputs across industries like healthcare, retail, and sales.

2. Prompt Engineering

• Craft structured prompts and templated instruction sets that optimize GPT behavior under varying user intents;
• Maintain a library of reusable components for industry-specific use cases (e.g., patient intake, referral triage, sales follow-up drafting);
• Experiment with system/message prompts, few-shot patterns, and hallucination control techniques.

3. AI x Business Integration

• Build intelligent Agents that empower our ODM/OEM consulting service, including:
• RFP breakdown,
• component price analysis,
• prototype-to-production transitions;
• Automate internal knowledge routing, lead response, and content generation through n8n + AI;
• Enhance productivity of our flagship product lines such as Clinmic AI Mic and Vox Mic, by embedding lightweight Agents that directly interact with BLE hardware, transcription APIs, and cloud dashboards.

4. Vertical AI Productization

• Define and ship domain-specific AI workflows (especially in healthcare), including:
• Real-time recording + transcription + summarization,
• Secure note generation + patient record integration;
• Collaborate with hardware team on signal flow between physical devices and web-based AI assistants;
• Develop customer-facing demo pipelines and simulate real-world interactions using n8n scenarios.

5. Strategic Planning & Market Research

• Conduct competitive teardown of other Agents and automation tools;
• Propose new Agent personas or micro-products aligned with market gaps;
• Contribute to investor-facing materials, demo scripts, and performance benchmark tracking.

🧠 QualificationsEducation & Domain Knowledge

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or similar;
• Strong understanding of LLMs and their limitations, with practical application history.

Technical Proficiency

• Mastery of n8n, from self-hosting to complex node logic and error handling;
• Comfortable with OpenAI tools (Assistants API, Chat Completions), embeddings, vector stores;
• Experience with tools like Pinecone, Supabase, LangChain, or similar ecosystems is a plus;
• Knowledge of speech-to-text pipelines (e.g., Whisper, AssemblyAI), NLP, or audio analysis is preferred.

Business Acumen

• Able to frame AI value in terms that resonate with vertical markets (healthcare, retail, sales);
• Exceptional at cross-functional communication, from product managers to hardware teams;
• Strong ownership mindset with MVP-first execution style.
