Founding Software Engineer – Agentic AI Enterprise Agent

The company

Founded in 2023 and raised $4M + at seed stage, although they have already exceeded this number in their ARR with more contracts being finalized. They have a strong close knit team and are hiring a number of SWE’s so this is truly an opportunity to join and form part of the DNA of the company. You will be building 0-1 products for F500 companies, and have autonomy in making technical decisions alongside product ownership. You will be working across the full stack of the AI platform, building from design to deployment and experiment with LLM’s.

What you’ll be doing

Product Development: Make fast, meaningful contributions their products with the opportunity to lead and own entire product lines.
Technical Leadership: Shape the core architecture of our solutions by driving key technical decisions and setting engineering direction.
Collaboration: Partner closely with co-founders and cross-functional teams to turn business vision into clear, executable plans.
End-to-End Ownership: Lead products from concept to launch, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and delivering real impact.
Enterprise Impact: Work directly with some of the world’s most iconic brands to launch AI-powered solutions—reaching millions of users, including potentially yourself.

Apply if you have

Startup Experience: Strong preference for candidates with prior experience at successful startups. Former founders are especially valued for their entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving skills.

Prior Experience: Minimum of 1 year for Junior role/5 years for Senior

Computer Science MS

Full Stack Engineer skills:

Backend Skills: Strong background in Python (Django experience is a plus).
Frontend Skills: Proficiency in Next.js, React, and ShadCN.
Cloud Platforms: Proficient with AWS or Google Cloud.
Scalability: Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker is a big plus.
AI Applications: Prior experience designing and building AI-powered apps is a strong plus.
